Started sailing in an Optimist boat in the south of Gran Canaria. Currently a member of the Spanish Olympic team, with notable sporting achievements including being a 420 World Championship runner-up, World Team Racing champion, Spanish Olympic class 49er runner-up, and achieving tenth place in the 49er World Cup.
